Last week, I visited the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. I am a huge fan of the GM EV1 electric car pioneer, and I wanted to see one of the few surviving examples. The Petersen Automotive Museum has both an GM Impact prototype, and an EV1 production vehicle. I took a few pictures to compare them, and want to share them with you.

Lovely pioneering cars, aren’t they? The soap bar design reminds me of my Honda Insight ZE1 from the same era.
If you have a chance to visit Los Angeles, definitely have a look at the Petersen Automotive Museum.
